HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

Start with the details.
We’ll work through the rest.

Every product and destination has its own checks. We review each enquiry individually and confirm what can be supplied, on what terms, and with which documents.

THE TRADE PROCESS

Four steps. Clear decisions at each one.

Here’s what happens from your first message through fulfilment planning.

03

Agree the offer

Review the quotation and confirm product details, packaging, documents, delivery timeline and trade term before you place an order.

You approve the offer
04

Coordinate fulfilment

Once the order is confirmed, the agreed dispatch plan and applicable shipment documents are coordinated for that enquiry.

We coordinate

Trade terms, made clearer. EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR and CIF can be discussed where suitable. The right term depends on the route and shipment mode. If you’re unsure, select “Need guidance” in the enquiry form.
